Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Davines products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer care team at support@davinescare.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless defective.
