We want you to love your Davines products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer care team at support@davinescare.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless defective.
